Brian Sonoskus brings almost three decades of chef and kitchen experience to the unique Southern creations of Tupelo Honey Café. Sonoskus, a Johnson and Wales graduate, has been working as a chef at Tupelo Honey Café for ten years. In addition to his culinary duties Sonoskus also farms, which helps him to select the best ingredients to go along with Tupelo Honey’s “farm to fork” philosophy.
