Three Graces Goat Cheese stuffed Figs

Ingredients: 
  • 60 Turkish figs, seeded
  • 8 oz. Three Graces Dairy Chevre n' Chive goat cheese
  • 10 thin slices Prosciutto
  • Fresh ground black pepper
Directions: 

Preheat oven to 325°F. Cut figs lengthwise half way through. Spoon a half teaspoon of goat cheese into each fig. Slice Prosciutto into long, one-inch wide strips, and wrap figs. Place on baking tray lined with parchment paper and cook for three minutes. Remove from oven and lightly dust with pepper. Serve warm. Tip: This appetizer can be prepared in advance and cooked just before serving.
