Tryon chef Keith Snow takes his message about cooking with local and seasonal foods from the Internet to PBS

After leaving a hectic career in Colorado in favor of Tryon’s rural setting, Keith immediately set out to learn all he could about farming.
Snow recently traveled to Dijon, France, as a featured chef in the 4/14 Festival, an exchange of French and American cuisine and culture.
Snow tapes all the segments for his website and TV show in his Tryon home.
