2 oz. lemongrass-infused Tito’s vodka
3/4 oz. lime juice
3/4 oz. sage syrup
Soak six lemongrass stalks in a bottle of vodka for two to three days. For sage syrup, steep one bunch of sage in three-quarters cup of water, then mix in three-quarters cup of sugar. In a cocktail shaker, add ice, vodka, lime juice, and syrup and shake vigorously. Serve over rocks in a Collins glass garnished with sage flowers and a lime slice.
