Margarita Chex Fiesta Mix
Yields 10 cups
½ cup butter, melted 2 Tbs. lime juice 2 tsp. seasoned salt ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper 7 oz. dry margarita mix 4 cups Corn Chex cereal 3 cups Rice Chex cereal 2 cups Wheat Chex cereal 1 cup mixed nuts 1 cup small pretzel twists 1 cup dried cranberries
Preheat oven to 250°F. Melt butter in large roasting pan in oven. Add lime juice, seasoned salt, cayenne pepper, and margarita mix to pan. Toss in cereals, nuts, and pretzels until evenly coated. Bake for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Add dried cranberries. Spread on paper towels to cool. Store in an airtight container.
