{Re}HAPPENING: a feast for the senses

The Black Mountain College Museum and Arts Center and the Media Arts Project invite the community to an inspired fund-raising event. {Re}HAPPENING: a feast for the senses launches a new series that will draw from the wide range of regional artistic talents. This evening offers two sessions. The first begins at 6 p.m. with a cocktail social, leading into a family-style dinner. Various forms of art and performance will take place throughout the cocktail hour and dinner. The second begins at 9 p.m. and includes drinks (beer, wine, and non-alcoholic), light appetizers, and an extended evening of art, performance, and dance. The night will resemble the creative and lively Saturday evening gatherings held when the influential college was open.
