National Truffle Fest

The National Truffle Fest, a weekend-long culinary experience, will be held February 23-25 in Asheville, N.C. Each year, the festival brings together food enthusiasts and connoisseurs to experience a wide range of truffle varieties, including the Black Perigord, Bianchetti, Oregon Black, and Oregon White, in dishes prepared by leading chefs using top quality American and European truffles. All proceeds benefit the Frankie Lemmon School and Development Center of Wake County, N.C.
