Elkland Art Center Parade Making Workshops

Journey to historic Todd this spring and join experienced parade artists at Elkland Art Center for parade-making fun! Make your very own spectacular parade trophy to take home and share in the creation of Elklandʼs new giant puppet inspired by the element Air for the 7th Annual Liberty Parade in 2012.

Parade explorations will begin on Friday evenings with an abundance of inspirational images and discussion of parade culture and history from around the world. Hands on studio creation will begin on Saturday and continue through Sunday afternoon.
