Brides-to-be won’t want to miss the opportunity to consult with Asheville’s top wedding professionals while supporting a great cause!
Join us at Shay Brown Events in downtown Asheville as Asheville’s wedding experts gather to help you plan your event. Accented with fashion shows by Terra Diva, Spiritex, and Mitchell’s, the evening will feature the latest wedding trends for 2009. Gift bags filled with treats from local merchants and great music complete the night. Complimentary appetizers from Never Blue and Stovetrotters are paired with wine, martinis, and music by Cabo Verde.
In addition to offering great resources, the night is a fundraiser for Climbing Toward Confidence, an innovative new program that uses rock climbing and pairs teen girls with women mentors and builds self-esteem, improves communication skills, and reduces the risk of sexual violence. Climbing Toward Confidence is a project of Our VOICE, Buncombe County’s sexual assault response center.
Tickets are $20 in advance and $40 at the door. Patron tickets allow early access to the gala, as well as recognition in the event program, and are available by calling 877-333-4WNC.
