Mountain Housing Opportunities packed The Orange Peel in Asheville on November 19 for its annual Doors of Asheville fund-raiser. The live and silent auctions included more than 30 pieces of art donated by local artists and craftspeople, including the Fine Arts League of the Carolinas, Jonas Gerard, and Sarah Faulkner. The money raised will help MHO further its goal of creating affordable housing in Western North Carolina, as well as providing emergency home repair and financing assistance.
